Job title: Trainee/experienced Recruitment Resourcer

Reporting to: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Place of work: Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, HG2 8PB

Salary: TBC

Working Days: Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays, office based role)

The Role Will Involve

• Outbound calls to prospective candidates
• Screening applicants for suitability including Right to Work Checks
• Referring candidates to the Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Carrying out reference and background checks
• Searching for candidates using internal and external systems
• Organising induction dates and supporting candidates on-boarding
• Growing the internal candidate database
• Generating and identifying new vacancy/job leads to forward to the senior recruitment consultant

The Ideal Candidate:

• Have strong outbound call experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Recruitment experience is naturally a distinct advantage
• Be computer literate
• Have an excellent phone manner
• Has a passion for sales and exceeding targets
• Experience work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to adapt and prioritise on a daily basis
