Their fast growing, 120+ person team has a sense of integrity, energy, and urgency to ‘make things happen’ and they immediately require a Sales Operations Analyst as part of their ongoing EMEA expansion

The requirements of the Sales Operations Analyst – EMEA:

  • You will already have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Sales Support Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Life Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience producing business-driven dashboards and reports
  • Experience developing standardised and meaningful KPIs
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Self-guided in identification, prioritization and execution of deliverables and projects
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical background and with attention to detail
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner with competing priorities
  • Strong hands-on experience with is required
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools a plus
  • Expert in Excel, and other Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word) required
  • Ability to handle detail, multiple tasks, and short-notice deadlines, with daily reprioritisation of work

Key responsibilities of the Sales Operations Analyst – EMEA:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. Provide analytics and solutions to sales, marketing, and operations
  • Provide support to the region sales managers and sales leadership team to help identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business
  • Ensure accuracy of commercial dashboards, sales reports and other internal intelligence provided to the sales, marketing, and operations organisation
  • Manage various sources of data and translate them into concise, actionable messaging and reporting. Ensure accuracy and consistency in
  • Responsible for setting guidelines and standards as it relates to Territory Dashboard definition, design, /maintenance and reporting
  • Provide support and training to regional sales team in CRM and sales systems
  • Develop process to monitor sales pipeline management, territory, CRM discipline, and account health management
  • Work effectively with cross functional counterparts to collect necessary background knowledge and changes that may impact current/future processes and analytics
  • Coordinate efforts throughout the organization in support of the commercial sales as well as customer purchasing processes
  • This includes working with legal, finance, order fulfilment, marketing, logistics and product teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Ad hoc projects and assignments
