M&E Project Manager (either bias)

Territory: Ideally commutable to Leeds

My client is a boutique sized company that blends contracting and consulting within the Building Services industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that perhaps wants to come away from larger corporate type contractors and prefers the more family sized companies.

They provide mainly Project Management services to both end users and Tier 2&3 Contractors that often need support with project delivery. Such projects will typically include but are not limited to: retail, healthcare, education, mixed use and EV stations to name a few.

The role of M&E Project Manager

• Assist with the delivery of M&E installations nationwide
• Procurement of materials
• Procuring labour (subbies) as and when required.
• Responsible for the preparation of proposals/quotations/tenders and service renewals for clients in the territories within given timescales
• Develop strong relationships with key clients
• Provide an overview on M&E Designs
• Provide QS type duties (not a strong prerequisite)

The requirements for the Project Manager

• At least 10 years experience delivering MEP services on commercial projects.
• Be apprentice trained in Building Services such as Electrical, Gas or Plumbing
• Be familiar with M&E Design plans
• Have an up to date CSCS / SMSTS card
• A valid and ideally clean UK driver’s licence is required

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary Circa £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
