Job Title: Business Development Manager
Industry Sector: Permanent Modular Space, Off-Site Construction, Offsite Modular, Modular Buildings, MMC Systems, Construction, Education, Commercial, Infrastructure, and Healthcare
Area to be covered: London to Birmingham
Remuneration: £45,000-£50,000 basic + strong commission and car allowance

The role of the Business Development Manager
Field sales position selling various piping products to the construction and engineering sector.
A mix of selling to Tier 1 Construction and Modular companies, Tier 2 Engineering Building Services
£1.5M – £2M annual target
Average order value is circa £150k
Typically 6 months from enquiry to delivery
You will be required to advise on a variety of piping solutions including but not limited to underfloor heating.
A small proportion of time will be spent on construction sites, although the pre-construction team will be mainly responsible for this.
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager who has strong connections and relationships within the construction industry.
Ideally field sales achievement of at least £2 million+ per annum
Commercially aware
Ability to close deals
Hunger/ appetite for new business
Ideally good knowledge of the construction, commercial, educational, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors
