Business Development Manager – UK, Ireland & Spa

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 25 days holiday + share options (after qualifying period), free skin care products & yoga onsite

Office Based


The Requirements:


• You will currently be a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the Skin Care, Fragrance or Cosmetics industry selling into Luxury Boutiques, Retailers & Independent Retailers.

• You will ideally be based in a location that is easily commutable to West London as this role will be based from the companies head office.

• Within the Business Development Manager role you will need to be a real Sales Hunter with a passion for sales and developing new business and building new relationships


The Role:


• As the Business Development Manager you will be required to manage a territory that covers the UK, Ireland & Spa

• Executing the UK retail strategy

• Develop a pipeline of prospects and deliver new business wins

• Constantly promoting the products to larger independent retailers and regional groups

• Calling in on existing customers and up-selling the products and developing the existing business

• Identifying & developing new accounts throughout the region

• You will be responsible for targeted sales and distribution within the area

• Targeting and developing new market sectors for the products to be sold in to


The Company & Opportunity:


• My Client is a multi-award winning premium organic skin care brand that manufactures and distributes its own products in West London

• This is a new position arising from growth

• The purpose of the role is to developing the UK market, focusing on key independents, small chains and premium retailers

• The role entails working alongside Business Development Managers for UK, France, and Nordics, reporting to the Head of Business Development

• You may start out as the Business Development Manager but the opportunities to grow within the business is definitely there whether that be a promotion within the UK team or an opportunity to move internationally within the company
