Technical Sales Representative – Ireland

Salary: Flexible DOE + Brilliant Commission Structure +Car Allowance €5,000 per annum + Laptop + Mobile + Fully Expensed Travel + Pension + Share Options

Territory: Ireland

The Requirements:

  • A BSc Hons Degree within a Life Science or related field such as Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry or Chemistry is highly desirable
  • Ideally the Technical Sales Representative have at least 2 years’ experience within a sales role and a passion to carry their career on in sales
  • Experience selling Scientific or Food Safety products would be preferable though not essential
  • Must be able to display a proven ability to hunt and develop new business independently out in the field
  • Have a full valid driving licence and passport

The Role:

  • Excellent opportunity to kick-start or take your sales career to the next level
  • Product area is heavily focused around Food Safety/Allergen testing. Main customers are to include food and beverage manufacturers, meat processing, dairy, poultry, wheat or bakery and third-party food-analysis facilities
  • Diverse range of customers coupled with a diverse range of products split into 3 categories: Microbiology, Allergens and Hygiene
  • This territory has amazing potential to be one of the top performing areas across the UK & Ireland – It needs a true hunter salesperson to come and grow the revenue across Ireland
  • You will work out in the field 3/4 days per week and work from a home office the remaining days normally planning your travel a week in advance
