Regional Manager South Germany – Scientific PCR, Cell Culture (m / f / d)

Ideal Location: Frankfurt, Germany

The basic salary is negotiable + bonus without cover + company car (fully chargeable) + laptop + iPhone + iPad + company credit card + 5% pension contribution + health and health benefit plan + vacation entitlement + public holidays

The Requirements:

  • Completed studies or training in the field of business, natural or economic sciences or other adequate training
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a decentralised team
  • Industry knowledge in the field of Biotechnology, PCR, Cell Culture or liquid handling technology is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of how to use a CRM system is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

The role:

  • Technical and disciplinary management as well as strategic and operational development of the assigned employees
  • Close cooperation with the Area Head of Sales in relation to strategy development and implementation
  • Support of own customers in the assigned area
  • Sales evaluation of the assigned region and its further development
  • Operational and strategic responsibility for a defined group of customers
  • Marketing of company products according to the market field strategy
  • Market observation, analysis and derivation of measures to increase sales
  • Structuring and controlling communication within the region and with the entire organization
  • Support of employees in difficult negotiations and complex customer projects
  • Supervision of and cooperation with opinion leaders and market partners in the respective region
  • Close cooperation with the sales management, the back office and the marketing department
  • All office activities related to the task are carried out from the private “home office” in the Frankfurt / Main region. 4 out of 5 working days are customer visit days in the field, 1 working day is office day.
