Marketing Manager – EMEA

Based: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

The Requirements of the Marketing Manager:

  • As the Marketing Manager, you will ideally have 3+ years of experience in B2C Marketing experience within the Scientific/ Laboratory or Healthcare market as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant/ Manager
  • Ideally you will have completed a Marketing qualification OR a Life Science / Chemistry degree background such as: Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biology or Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific subject with relevant industry marketing experience
  • Based in a commutable distance to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
  • Must hold a full driver’s licence, or be based within a realistic distance to the offices in order to travel by public transport

The Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Responsible for our clients EMEA Marketing activities, with a primary objective to support the business to define and implement its growth strategy
  • Managing 1 person, this role will drive all forms of marketing activities include website and social media, trade shows, PR, advertising to assist the development of customer intimacy and establish customer personas
  • Support the business to define the forward-looking strategy to enable growth in line with the company budgets and targets
  • Work closely and collaborate with Marketing teams in other regions (Americas, EMEA), specifically with branding and digital strategy
  • Maintain and update customer stories, installation lists and case studies
  • Oversee the organisation of the attendance of sales exhibitions, liaising with attending colleagues where appropriate
  • Maintain the company brand through utilisation of the brand guidelines and ensure that they are adhered to throughout all areas of the business including generating templates & artwork where required by the business
  • Support the Centre of Excellence of Life Science Water with market investigations, sales tools development and website updates
  • Maintain and publish EMEA content on the company website and work closely with the American division on site structure and format updates
  • Liaise with communication providers to ensure you and the company are operating within legislation regarding content online
  • Generate, agree and adhere to Marketing & Campaign Budgets
  • Liaise with third parties (e.g. Graphic Designers) to generate new project briefs for any required materials to include
