European Sales Manager – Semiconductors
Salary Circa: €70,000 – €100,000 DOE (or equivalent in local currency) + 20% OTE (Paid Bi-annually) + Monthly Car Allowance + Private Healthcare & Medical Cash Back Plan + Pension Scheme + Employee Share Purchase Scheme + 24 days holiday (plus public holidays) + Laptop + Mobile Phone
Territory: Central Europe (Focus on DACH, BeNeLux & UK & Ireland)

The role of European Sales Manager:

  • 3 – 5+ years of successful sales experience in a Semiconductor equipment Account Manager, European Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, Business Development Manager position or related high-tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in a technical engineering discipline
  • You will have current experience of either selling directly to Semiconductor equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or end users
  • Established relationships within the semiconductor and/or adjacent market
  • Understanding of factory processes related to the Semiconductor industry is an advantage
  • Full & valid driving licence and valid passport to travel regularly
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (circa 60% – 70%) working in a global team of professionals
  • The selected candidate should also expect to be ‘face to face’ with its customers on a regular basis
  • The successful individual will consistently exceed revenue targets, maintain or increase margins, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in an aggressive and ‘must win’ company environment
  • You must have demonstrated success in driving best of class customer satisfaction as seen through the customer’s eyes
  • •Demonstrated strong will to understand customers, market dynamics and future trends
  • Experience of MS Office required
  • Experience of Salesforce and/or Oracle a strong positive

The role of European Sales Manager:

  • As the European Sales Manager for my client’s Semiconductor Group, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for major multinational Semiconductor Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) based in Europe such as ASML, Axtron & EV Group to name just a few
  • Working from your home office you are responsible for the overall sales strategies and results
  • Plan and direct all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies
  • Establishes short and long-term objectives, strategies and tactics in line with corporate objectives
  • Manages all sales related facets of strategic alignment, relationship management, sales process and engagement
  • Develops an integrated relationship model and sales approach that can allow Brooks to partner with the key account in a performance-based delivery model
  • Provides comprehensive reports regularly
  • Drives growth to achieve top line revenue while continually enhancing the level of customer satisfaction delivered to the customer
  • Development of market requirements and sales plans; establish both market and target customer strategies
  • Succinctly define new business opportunities, articulate business cases and drive effective decisions across senior management
  • Responsible for successfully managing the needs of customers in order to meet the company’s overall business plans and strategies
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of Semi-Conductor products and solutions to customer needs
