Spotlight on Aaron, our latest recruit!

Aaron spent six months working independently before recently joining the Langton Howarth team as a recruitment consultant. Prior to this, he dedicated two years of his professional life to Charleston Grey Recruitment in Ripon.

Aaron was amazed at the speed at which his application was processed by Langton Howarth. Tom and Emma were so impressed by his CV and subsequent initial telephone chat that they invited him to interview the very next day. A match was evident and they offered Aaron the position there and then. Aaron started the next day and was able to join in on the external training being given by Langton Howarth’s CRM partner on-site. Langton Howarth now has their own state-of-the-art training room and external trainers are able to come in to deliver the training or do so via video link, remotely. Aaron received training on the in-house database on his first day which has enabled him to get to grips with our in-house technology straight away.

Aaron has seamlessly integrated into the company and expresses gratitude for the unwavering support he’s received from his colleagues. By his third week, Aaron had already placed two candidates in difficult-to-fill, specialist roles, something Aaron is rightly very proud of.

Operating from the beautiful new offices in Harrogate’s Hornbeam Park, Aaron is delighted to be part of the core team at Langton Howarth. He aspires to contribute to the growth of the team by sharing his knowledge and playing a crucial role in training new recruiters as the team expands.

Langton Howarth has exciting prospects on the horizon, and Aaron is thrilled to be an integral part of the company’s expansion plans from the very beginning.

When asked about his favorite aspect of the job, Aaron emphasized his passion for the direct correlation between hard work and income. He relishes the opportunity to assist individuals in advancing their careers and helping clients find the perfect hires.
