Field Sales Manager – Aesthetics & Medical Devices

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Generous OTE + Mileage expensed + 22 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Opportunity to attend luxury conferences around the globe

Field Based – London & The South

The Requirements:

• You will currently be a Field Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager in the aesthetic industry selling into healthcare, salons, clinic accounts

• Have experience in selling aesthetics products into healthcare, clinics, salons & medical accounts dealing with key stakeholders at all levels and understanding the sales process behind getting the products into the specific point of sale

• If you are not already selling aesthetics into the above accounts we would also consider someone selling cosmetics, makeup, body care, skincare, hair care or other similar product into Wholesalers, Salons, Spas, and Pharmacies etc.

• You will ideally be located in a location where you can travel to extensively across London & the M25 Corridor

• Within the Field Sales Manager – Aesthetic & Medical Devices position you will need to be a real relationship builder, someone who can create relationships from the outset and gain customers trust

The Role:
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully rebuilding the relationship with the identified accounts, expanding product portfolio and increasing the sales within that area

• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Targeting and developing new market sectors for the products to be sold, finding them opportunities and acting upon them with the relevant process

• Identifying & developing new accounts throughout the region

• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Being motivated and self-driven in a field sales position, as you will be out on the road a lot of the time with 1 admin day done from home

• Scheduling between 4-6 meeting with established, lapsed or new customers per day

• Calling in on new, old & existing customer to create a relationship and drive the business forward in as many markets and areas as possible!

The Company:

• A new start-up formed in 2015 are looking to expand their field sales team adding to their UK team, selling technologies that specialise in plasma, facial care, fat reduction, non-surgical face lifting & tightening, IPL and soon to have many more products in their portfolio!

• All the products are manufactured in South Korea and are credited by governing bodies to ensure they are in line with UK regulations.

• Opportunities to progress into management in the future as the companies grows and expands are fully available dependent on how you drive this position forward!
