The Company:

My client is leading laboratory automation organisation, their products range from robots to software to instruments and they are currently innovating everything that helps researchers in pharmaceutical and biotech automated research laboratories hunt for cures for diseases.

The Role:

• Responsible for the deployment and calibration of Laboratory automation devices and supporting Automated Robotic Systems - you will be an integral part of the European service team
• Interfacing with high end instrumentation devices such as; Incubators, Sensors, Calibrators and Bio-Storage Devices
• The role proficiency with first line Mechanical/Electrical issue handling, diagnosis, resolution and communication with customers
• Experienced in measuring devices, mechanical debugging skills and machine components with knowledge of commissioning and performing QC on instrumentation
• This position will involve travel to customer sites when needed across Europe and upon starting with the company you will have 3 months quality world class training on all the products/devices in order to successfully service the client base across Europe
The Requirements:

• Experience of Automation/Robotic Systems service and maintenance with a high level of problem solving is essential for this position
• Work experience within the Life Sciences, Medical / Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sectors would be advantageous but is not essential, you could be working within any sector as long as you are servicing with Laboratory Automation/ Robotics equipment/ machines
• Flexibility is essential as you may be travelling 50% of the time within Europe mainly: Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy etc. and potentially the USA occasionally
• Business Level German and English is an absolute must, both written and verbal
• Must live on territory (Germany) or happy and able to relocate
• A Driving Licence is essential
