Sales Executive – Beauty Products & Training Services

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + Free Parking + 36.5 Hour Week + 20 Holidays + Stats + Modern Offices + Award Winning Products

Office Based: Essex

The Requirements:

• Ideally having 1-2 years in a telesales environment in the beauty industry ideally already selling into Salons, Spas, Wholesalers and Colleges, other industries will be considered but you will need to have a real enthusiasm for the beauty industry

• Experienced in sales in a B2B environment, preferably in a Telesales Executive or Sales Executive role currently

• Possessing excellent communication & listening skills as well as demonstrating excellent organisation & time management

• Approaching potential new customers in a polite and friendly manner, showing lots of initiative and positive attitude

• Having the ability to think on your feet in a very fast paced environment

• Being results driven, organised & sales focused with a genuine passion for the beauty industry is imperative in order to be successful in this role!

The Role:

• As the Sales Executive your position will include be calling businesses such as Salons, Spas, Wholesalers and Colleges to build relationships and a pipeline of new customer leads

• For qualified leads that have been generated by various avenues such as the company’s website, social media pages where required and you will be speaking with each business, finding out what their goals and aspirations are and showing how you can help them by proposing a variety of training/product options to suit their needs and budgets

• Utilising the portfolio of products and training to create a training scheme designed to help achieve their goals

• Once which specific product training has been agreed you will manage the process through working closely with the customer to generate response

• Carrying out an after-sales process ensuring that the customers are happy with the level of training that they or their employees received, if they need any more products ordering etc. keeping that relationship going to ensure they keep an active and healthy account

• As a Sales Executive in a target driven sales environment your days will be mostly spent on the phone liaising directly with key stake holders in each of the business to introduce your products and training services to them
