Account Executive Health & Beauty Contract Manufacturer
Salary: £25,000 £35,000 DOE + 22 Holidays + 8 Bank Holidays + Annual Bonus + Free Parking + Pension
My client is looking for an individual with a strong personality with enthusiasm, energy, drive, adaptability, creativity, problem solving and decision-making capabilities, self motivated and able under your own initiative
Have the ability to implement performance improvement using sales tools, KPIs and visual aids
Be a good listener with the ability to gather all information required to ensure a prompt, individually tailored solution for the customer
Possess excellent communications skills, be comfortable in presenting to customers, senior management or the shop floor alike
Have natural relationship building skills with exceptional interpersonal skills who enjoys developing and improving their performance
In the role of the Account Executive you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager, responsible for day to day account management of existing brand owners managing the New Product Development critical path from concept to reality
Working as part of the New Product Development team you will be required to undertake market research and competitor analysis projects
Obtaining accurate and detailed NPD briefs and liaising with the Technical department, to ensure specifications are being adhered to in relation with customer briefs
Reviewing and challenging all existing sales and marketing processes with a view to implementing continuous improvement of the department
Working closely with the Commercial Manager to help develop and introduce new and improved products to new & existing customers, you will strive for an ever-improving level of service to customers
Ensure a high level of awareness of our competitors and new trends in the market, always ensuring the production team understand customers special needs and quality targets, aligning with the requirements of the Quality System
Carrying out all administrative duties that goes with the Account Executive position which includes making sure that all new business is recorded in the relevant data base on an on-going basis and reported to Commercial Manager on a monthly basis
