Senior Spa Therapists 5* Spa Environment
Salary: Up to £18,500 (DOE) 28 Days Holidays (inc. Bank holidays) + Commission on Retail Products + Stunning Working Environment + Great Team
To join my client as a Spa Therapist you will have to be accredited with a recognised beauty therapy/massage qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy or CIDESCO Trained
You will need to have at least two to three years of working in a professional spa environment carrying out treatments and excellent customer service with at least one year in a Senior Therapist role
My client are looking for people that are passionate about the beauty industry and want to work for a very unique hotel and spa concept that use their own products and tailored treatments to their very VIP clients!
Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team is essential as well as manicure and pedicure experience
Working on a one to one basis with VIP guests, delivering all treatments out to the desired highest standard of practice. Carrying out treatments such as gel nails, waxing, facials, therapeutic massage, pregnancy treatments and many more!
Carrying out all the signature spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard and to the trained protocol and ensuring your daily responsibilities are completed and co-operation with your team is evident at all times
Promoting the lifestyle brand and spa beauty products to all guests, encouraging re-bookings and retail sales
Ensuring all quests, colleagues and physical products are treated with respect at all times and ensuring that any Customer request, outside your area of expertise, is raised immediately to the appropriate level and followed up
Supervising a small team of therapists, ensuring that they are keeping up with the room standards that this particular establishment, training members of staff on products and treatments, increasing retail sales via up-selling of the spas own-brand products
Carrying out other supervisory tasks such as 1-21s with therapists, monthly stock takes, placing orders, dealing with smaller matters and solving them before being escalated to higher management, managing the team of therapists in a fair but firm manner
Working within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act
