National Account Manager America, Canada and Australia
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 25 days holiday + share options (after qualifying period), free skin care products & yoga onsite
You will currently be a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the Skin Care, Fragrance or Cosmetics industry selling into Luxury Boutiques, Retailers & Independent Retailers.
You will ideally be based in a location that is easily commutable to West London as this role will be based from the companies head office.
Within the Business Development Manager role you will need to be a real sales hunter with a passion for sales and developing new business and building new relationships
As the Business Development Manager you will be required to manage a territory that covers America, Canada & Australia
Executing the retail strategy for America, Canada & Australia
Develop a pipeline of prospects and deliver new business wins
Constantly promoting the products to larger independent retailers and regional groups
Calling in on existing customers and up-selling the products and developing the existing business
Identifying & developing new accounts throughout the region
You will be responsible for targeted sales and distribution within the area
Targeting and developing new market sectors for the products to be sold in to
The Company & Opportunity:
My Client is a multi-award winning premium organic skin care brand that manufactures and distributes its own products in West London
This is a new position arising from growth
The purpose of the role is to developing the international market, focusing on key independents, small chains and premium retailers in America, Canada & Australia
This role entails international travel which will be fully expensed
The role entails working alongside Business Development Managers for UK, France, and Nordics, reporting to the Head of Business Development
You may start out as the Business Development Manager but the opportunities to grow within the business is definitely there whether that be a promotion within the UK team or an opportunity to move internationally within the company
