Internal Sales Representative – Antibodies & Reagents – Spanish Speaking

Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE + 15% Uncapped Commission Scheme + Competative Pension Scheme + Bupa Health Cover + Bupa Dental Care + Permanent Health Insurance (65% of basic salary + 4% of pension) + Cycle To Work Scheme + Child Care Vouchers + Free Onsite Parking + Excellent Training & Career Progression Opportunities

Based: Office Based in Abingdon, Oxford

The Requirements of the Internal Sales Representative:

• Educated to degree level in a biological based subject e.g. Molecular Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Cell Biology or equivalent degree

• Fluent in both English & Spanish with the ability to convey technical scientific information to customers in both languages to a high level

• Ideally you will have previous hands on laboratory experience working with Antibodies, Recombinant Proteins, ELISA, Stem Cells & other similar techniques

• Demonstrable experience of working within a sales environment with a strong commercial focus e.g. Telesales, Customer Services, Marketing, Direct Sales, Technical Support or other related commercial experience

• Experience of using own initiative and working in a target driven environment

• Experience of working with Sales Force or a related CRM system

• Ability to track return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)

• Possess excellent IT skills; including experience of working with databases, Office Outlook, using Excel and Word are essential

• Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally


The Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Representative:


• Source, develop and drive new business opportunities throughout the EMEA (Europe, The Middle East & Africa)

• Use a selection of channels in order to identify and qualify new business opportunities, including in bound lead follow up, outbound cold calls, emails and social media

• Look to implement new and innovative strategies in order to identify new business, therefore enhancing the clients EMEA revenue

• Keep all channels of communication open with internal and external sales teams, lead generation and marketing within the company

• Maintain awareness and knowledge of the marketplace and competitors. Report key findings and potential revenue opportunities both monthly and quarterly to the Inside Sales Team Leader

• Represent the company at domestic and international conferences to further drive the brands success & awareness
